Syacium is a genus of large-tooth flounders found in the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans. With the exception of S. guineensis from the Atlantic coast of Africa, all species are from the Americas.W CalCOFI holds 140 observations of it in 1 dataset between 1951 and 2006, as larva, across 2 taxa under it.R
